Pricing and Payment

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for making decisions regarding items to keep, donate, or discard. Artisanypresente provides guidance and recommendations, but final decisions rest with the client. Clients must provide access to the spaces being organized and ensure a safe working environment.

Limitation of Liability

Artisanypresente is not responsible for items that are lost, damaged, or discarded during the organization process. Clients are encouraged to review items before disposal. Our liability is limited to the cost of services provided.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Artisanypresente and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Modifications

Artisanypresente reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any modifications.

Cancellation and Refunds

Clients may cancel services with at least 48 hours notice prior to the scheduled start time. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. Refunds for completed work are not available, but we will work with clients to address any concerns about completed services.

Confidentiality

We respect the privacy of our clients and maintain confidentiality regarding all personal information, belongings, and spaces we encounter during our services. We do not share client information or photographs without explicit written consent.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from our services will be resolved through good faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be subject to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable laws.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the United States. Any legal proceedings related to these terms will be conducted in the appropriate jurisdiction.

Warranties and Disclaimers

Service Scope and Limitations

Our services include professional organization, decluttering, and space optimization. We do not provide cleaning services, repairs, or construction work. Any recommendations for such services are provided for informational purposes only.

We reserve the right to decline services if we determine that a space is unsafe, unsanitary, or presents health hazards. In such cases, we will discuss the situation with you and may recommend professional cleaning or remediation services before proceeding with organization work.

Client Property and Valuables

While we exercise care and professionalism in handling your belongings, clients are responsible for securing valuable items, important documents, and sentimental objects before our arrival. We recommend that clients personally handle items of significant monetary or emotional value.

We are not responsible for items that are damaged due to pre-existing conditions, improper storage, or normal wear and tear. If you have concerns about specific items, please discuss them with us before work begins.

Insurance and Liability Coverage

Artisanypresente maintains professional liability insurance. However, our liability is limited to the cost of services provided. We recommend that clients maintain appropriate homeowner's or renter's insurance to cover their personal property.

In the event of damage to property during our services, we will work with you to resolve the matter fairly. Any claims must be reported within 48 hours of service completion.

Photography and Media

We may request permission to photograph your space before, during, or after organization work for our portfolio, marketing materials, or training purposes. All photography requires your explicit written consent, and you may revoke this consent at any time.

We respect your privacy and will never share photographs or information about your space without your permission. You have the right to request that no photographs be taken or to specify areas that should not be photographed.

Third-Party Services

We may recommend third-party services such as donation centers, recycling facilities, or product suppliers. These recommendations are provided for your convenience, but we are not responsible for the actions, policies, or services of these third parties.

Any agreements or transactions with third-party service providers are between you and that provider. We do not act as agents or representatives of these third parties.

Prohibited Activities

Clients may not use our services for any illegal or fraudulent purposes. We reserve the right to terminate services immediately if we discover any illegal activity or if a client requests services that violate applicable laws or regulations.

We do not assist with the organization or disposal of hazardous materials, illegal substances, or items that require special handling or disposal procedures beyond our expertise.

Termination of Services

Either party may terminate services at any time. If we terminate services due to safety concerns, illegal activity, or breach of these terms, you will be responsible for payment for all work completed up to that point.

If you terminate services, you must provide written notice. Payment for completed work is due immediately upon termination, and any prepaid amounts for uncompleted work will be refunded according to our refund policy.
